Check-in time slot: we’re flexible but please email us your approx. arrival time in Florence a few days in advance or at the reservation. We do not have a 24h service like hotels.

The price does not include: Baby Crib: euro 15.00 per night if sheets are necessary (baby crib is not available for all rooms). Pets accepted at the extra price of euros 25,00 whole stay

Free of charge: reservations for museum tickets, restaurants, tours, operas, etc.

Breakfast: breakfast coupons for the Café Nabucco are included in the room price. The Café is located at the corner and guests have a table (no additional charge).

Booking and Payment: we ask for your credit card to secure the booking. No online transactions and no charge before your stay.
The price includes: breakfast, internet use, bed linen, towels, daily cleanings, heating/a.c., taxes. All accomodations have a breakfast set with tea and coffee making facilities and a minifridge that you can use free of charge.
Cancellation Policies:your credit card will be processed by the bank just in case of non respect of our cancellation policy. Cancellation notice up to 7 days before arrival date: no charge; cancellation between 7 days and 2 days from arrival date – 50% of the stay will be charged as penalty. Cancellation less than 2 days and in case of no show or shortening of the stay after check-in -100% of the stay will be charged as penalty.
